• Return and exchange intimation should be given within 3 days of receiving products from either generating ticket on the website or via email: [email protected] 
• The products should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
• Upon receiving the returned goods the amount will be credited within 48 hours of issue. 
• Refunds are made as follows:  If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a bank transfer. If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account/card from which the payment was made.
• If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at [email protected] 

• If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.

• No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mangaldeep Couture and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
